This 2015 Calgary Spring has blessed us with gorgeous sunny weather. We hope you’ve been able to enjoy the fun of this incredible season. It is always rewarding for us to hear about your personal experiences and progress. This is what our Calgary Denture Clinic has been up to this Spring:
WE MET WITH AWESOME CALGARIANS AT THE MOTHER’S DAY MARKET
Last May, we met with fantastic people at the Mother’s Day Market. This awesome event was held at the Killarney-Glengarry community association. Did we mention that our exceptional administrative coordinator, Kelly Lee, was one of the event’s organizers? Along with her co-organizers, Kelly did an awesome job at making this event a hit. Our Calgary Denture Clinic was proud to serve delicious free coffee and share some wonderful conversations with fellow Calgarians. THANK YOU to all of the people who attended to meet with us and support a terrific organization, Save the Children Canada.
WE WENT TO EDMONTON FOR TRAINING
In early June, both Curtis and Mike attended a course at Edmonton’s Universal Dental Lab. Signature 28 is a top rated Calgary denture clinic that continuously encourages and promotes continuing education. As a licensed Calgary Denture Clinic, we are required to keep with the latest advancements in education and technology. Continuing education allows us to provide the best services available in the Denture industry. Curtis and Mike successfully completed the Phonares II Set Up Course. This course deals with the design and bite of dentures. The knowledge acquired through this course will enable our staff to provide a more customized denture that will match the individual needs of our patients. Congrats to both Mike and Curtis!
OUR AWESOME COORDINATOR RAN FOR A BEAUTIFUL CAUSE
During her free time, our administrative coordinator keeps herself busy- very busy! Kelly Lee is the beautiful friendly face and voice that our clients adore. On top of being a great event organizer and a talented jewelry stylist, Kelly also devotes her time to charitable causes. On May 23rd, she participated in the Spring Sprint for the third year in a row. The Spring Sprint aims at raising funds and awareness for the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. There are currently more than 55,000 Canadians suffering from a brain tumour. Kelly’s beautiful sister, Darla, was one of the beautiful women who passed away from brain tumour. In loving memory of Darla’s amazing spirit, Kelly’s team is one of the proud participants of this challenge. Kelly is an inspiring force within our team. We are SO PROUD of her!
