As we approach the holiday season, we reflect on the great opportunities that our team has enjoyed. Our dedicated staff got to work with amazing patients from all over the city. We welcomed two new recruits; Samantha and Tatem are incredible to work with and bring great energy to our denture clinic. In the past few months, we’ve helped hundreds of patients with new dental implants and sophisticated high-suction lower dentures. We are proud of our online reviews and we are still regarded as one of the top medical facilities in Calgary.
CONTINUING EDUCATION MATTERS
Continuing education is incredibly relevant in the denture industry. On November 22nd 2018, our entire team will be attending a course hosted by Nobel Biocare. We always strive for outstanding customer service, and this course will give us strategies on how we can continue exceeding our patients’ expectations. We will also learn about how to better service patients who do not have medical insurance to cover their treatment plans. Whether you’re getting a minor denture repair or dental implants, we promise to work hard to earn your seal of approval.
THE EXCITEMENT IS BUILDING… 
After operating for more than two decades, it’s time for our denture clinic to benefit from a little makeover. Our SW denture clinic will be undergoing some renovations starting in late December 2018. Our goal is to provide a modern and comfortable setting for our wonderful customers. Please note that our regular schedule will not be affected by the renovation, and we will always try our best to schedule an appointment at your convenience with our in-house denturists.
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR INSURANCE DOLLARS
The end of 2018 is near and we recommend you take full advantage of your insurance dollars. The costs of your denture (partial or complete), dental implants, and night retainer (for mild/ moderate sleep apnea), could be covered by your medical insurer. To make the most of your dental insurance, contact your insurer to find out about your remaining balance for dental services. If you need assistance with this process, our coordinators will happily help and answer your questions.
