2017- New Smiles and New Beginnings

The new year brings new opportunities for us to do better and improve ourselves. One of our team’s primary goals is to strive for excellence in terms of education and technology. We never lose sight of what is important: trying our hardest to enhance your beautiful natural smile.  2017 begins with some extremely positive events. We recently received several reviews from our customers. In addition, in early February, our team attended a practice development course offered by Nobel Biocare. Below are the highlights of this new year.

WE KEEP UP WITH THE NEW TRENDS IN PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

Our staff benefited from the tremendous opportunity to attend a lecture by Dr. Wilson Kwong. This course greatly helped us develop a new plan on how to better understand our patients’ individual needs. In addition, we recognized the true importance of connecting with our patients. We pride ourselves on building solid relationships with our clients, and we gained the adequate knowledge that enables us to continue forging trustworthy connections.

… OMG where do I begin? Well, I am personally very difficult about the atmosphere, the “PR” client/employee, owner relationship, as I do business myself. However, when I needed info or asked to change an the appointment (ie: recently) , I had no problems for the staff to adjust to my demands. The quality & care of the product is outstanding & I truly mean that. I hope that the relationship between Signature 28 and I will last for a long time ! I would highly recommend your business to anyone…

Jan’ 12th: I greatly appreciate the level of detail that went into my new denture. The fit is great and the adjustment period was considerably shorter than what I originally anticipated. Dr. Wiebe exceeded all my expectations. The cost was slightly higher than what another denturist bad quoted me BUT I can honestly say it was worth it. A big thank you to you Dr. Wiebe:)

Jan’ 19th: I only visited the clinic once or twice for minor denture repairs. Great staff and facility is always clean and organized. 

KELLY CELEBRATED HER SECOND YEAR AT OUR CLINIC

The beautiful bright smile that you see as you walk through the doors of our clinic belongs to Kelly, our dedicated administrative coordinator. Kelly has been with us for two years and is an essential part of our small family. When she is not busy at the clinic, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. This cat lover also shares a passion for fashion and jewelry products.

January marked Kelly’s second anniversary at the clinic and we are grateful to have her as part of this big adventure.
